He-Ne激光、中药湿敷治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察He-Ne激光、中药湿敷配合治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将2009年2月—2009年9月住院的带状疱疹患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规抗炎、抗病毒、营养神经及对症治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上采用中药湿敷、He-Ne激光配合治疗带状疱疹。结果:治疗组临床治愈率76.6%,总有效率96.7%,与对照组临床治愈率60%,总有效率76.7%相比差异有显著统计学意义(P1〈0.01,P2〈0.025)。结论:中药湿敷、He-Ne激光配合治疗带状疱疹,具有减轻病变局部炎症、肿胀、促进水疱吸收,减少疼痛,缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of He-Ne Laser plus Chinese medicinal herb wet dressing therapy in patients with Herpes Zoster.Method:Sixty patients with Herpes Zoster were enrolled in this study between February and September of 2009,who were divided two groups at random and received the conventional therapy(anti-inflammatory,antiviral agent and trophic nerve treatment);meanwhile,the treatment group were received He-Ne Laser plus Chinese medicinal herb wet dressing therapy.Results:The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 76.6%,which was higher than that in control group(60%).The total effective rate of the treatment group compared to controls was 96.7%,76.7%,respectively;and the differences reached statistical significance(P0.01,P0.025,respectively).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional therapy,The use of He-Ne Laser plus Chinese medicinal herb wet dressing therapy was more effective and well tolerated.It was related to relieved local inflammation,reduced pain and shortened course of diseases,is worthy of advocating use.
