| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗寒冷性荨麻疹的疗效。方法：对照组35例采用非索非那定片、赛庚定、维生素C丸、卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗，治疗组38例在对照组治疗的基础上加服桂枝汤和玉屏风散。结果：1个疗程后两组显效率、有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05），治疗组优于对照组。结论：中西医结合治疗寒冷性荨麻疹疗效明确，可作为寒冷性荨麻疹的一种治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To observe the efficacy of the treatment of cold urticaria by combining Chinese and Western medicine. Methods ： Control group had 35 cases by the treatment of Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets, Cyproheptadine, Vitamin C Pills and BCG Polysaecharide and Nucleic Acid Preparation ; Treatment group had 38 cases by the treatment of the drugs in the control group, GuiZhi Tang and YuPingFeng San. Results： The results of the treatment were markedly effective in the two groups after a course, and have more significant difference （ P〈0,05 ） .Conclusions ： The treatment of cold urticaria by combining Chinese and Western medicine was clearly effective, and could be used as a treatment program to cold urticaria. |
