中药煎服方法研究进展

众所周知,汤剂是中医药临床应用最多的一种剂型,而汤剂的煎煮及服药方法与临床疗效的发挥息息相关,因此煎服方法是否得当至关重要。现在存在传统的汤剂、机煎中药和免煎颗粒中药,三者均有自己的优缺点,我们临床应该如何选择和应用呢？查阅大量文献我们会发现,机煎中药与免煎颗粒中药的疗效均存有争议,目前尚不能完全替代传统煎药方法。但传统煎服方法缺乏统一的操作规范,因而制定标准化的煎服方法是十分必要的,作者参照标准汤剂,制定了煎服方法。

Review on the Investigation of Approaches of Decocting and Taking Chinese Medical Herbs

As we all know,decoction is the most widely used form of medication in clinical practice of TCM.The curative effect is closely related to the ways of decocting and taking medicinal herbs.Therefore,it is very key to decoct and take in an appropriate way.Nowadays,there are mainly three types of Chinese medication,i.e.,the original medicinal broth,the medicinal broth decocted via machine and the avoid-decocted granule,each of which has both advantages and disadvantages.How do one choose the appropriate one in clinical practice？ According to many corresponding references,we found that there are doubts in the curative effect of the latter two forms,and therefore,cannot replace the traditional one completely.On the other hand,the traditional decocting and taking is lack of unified making standards and consequently it is quite necessary to standardize it.Here,we formulate our own method of decocting and taking Chinese medicine according to standard medicinal broths.
