清咽雾化液对实验性慢性咽炎作用与药效研究

摘    要:目的:观察清咽雾化液对实验性慢性咽炎的作用与药效。方法:采用2.5%氨水咽部喷雾与25%松节油咽部注射复合因素塑造大白兔慢性咽炎动物模型,观察清咽雾化液治疗咽炎前后咽黏膜病理形态学及超微结构的改变。结果:病理形态学观察清咽雾化液能明显抑制咽炎黏膜上皮增生,减轻咽黏膜下层血管通透性及炎性细胞浸润,减少黏膜腺分泌。超微结构观察明显减少细胞内空泡、减轻内质网扩张与线粒体肿胀程度,抑制纤维组织增生。结论:清咽雾化液对实验性慢性咽炎有明显抗炎消肿、抑制黏膜及纤维组织增生、促进咽黏膜组织细胞复健作用。

Abstract:Objective:Observation on experimental Qingyan atomization role and efficacy of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:Throat spray with 2.5% Ammonia and 25% Turpentine complex factors that shape the rabbit pharyngeal injection animal model of chronic pharyngitis,Observed before and after Qingyan atomization treatment of pharyngitis pharynx mucosa morphological and ultrastructural changes.Results:Pathological observation of Qingyan atomization can inhibit pharyngitis epithelial hyperplasia,Reduce the pharyngeal submucosa vascular permeability and inflammatory cell infiltration,Reduce mucosal gland secretion.Ultrastructure of intracellular vacuoles decreased,Reduce the endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrial swelling,Inhibition of fibrosis.Conclusion:Qingyan atomization on chronic pharyngitis significant anti-inflammatory swelling,Mucosa and inhibition of fibrosis,Promote the rehabilitation of the pharyngeal mucosa,the role of cell.
