脂溢性皮炎辨证论治经验

目的：总结周宝宽主任医师辨证论治脂溢性皮炎经验。方法：以医案的形式阐述脂溢性皮炎的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果：脂溢性皮炎的病因病机为平素血燥之体感受风热之邪形成风热血燥或阴伤血燥;脾失健运,湿热内生形成肠胃湿热。常见证型为风热血燥,肠胃湿热。治疗原则为祛风、清热、滋阴、润燥、除湿。常用中药为防风、荆芥、白术、黄连、黄柏、蒲公英、地黄、枸杞子、山萸肉等。结论：辨证论治脂溢性皮炎疗效显著。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Experience of Seborrheic Dermatitis

Objective：To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of seborrheic dermatitis in clinic.Methods：Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results：etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of Seborrheic dermatitis is that wind-heat evil damage on body of blood dryness,result in wind-heat blood dryness or Yin damaging blood dryness;dys-splenism,endogenous humid heat,result in intestine and stomach humid heat.Common pattern of syndromes are wind-heat and blood dryness syndrome,intestine and stomach humid syndrome.Treatment principles of Seborrheic dermatitis are eliminating wind,eliminating heat,nourishing yin,dehumidify.Common drugs for rosacea are Raidix Saposhnikoviae,Herba Schizonepetae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Coptidis,Cortex Phellodendri,Herba Taraxaci,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Lycii,Fructus Corni.Conclusion：Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for seborrheic dermatitis.
