| 摘 要： | 目的：观察三黄益肾胶囊与贝那普利治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效及作用机理。方法：治疗组40例,用中药三黄益肾胶囊（本院制剂）与贝那普利治疗;对照组40例,用贝那普利治疗。3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后,比较两组治疗前后有关指标。结果与结论：治疗后两组的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血压、24h尿微量白蛋白均明显降低,具有统计学差异（P〈0.01）;其中治疗组24h尿微量白蛋白较对照组降低更为明显,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action of Sanhuang Yishen Capsule and Benazepril to early Diabetic Nephropathy.Methed：40 Patients of Treatment group（cured by San Huang Yi Shen Capsule and Benazepril）;40 Patients of Control group（cured by Benazepril）.Three month is a Course of treatment.To observe the difference of the 2 group after a Course of treatment.Results and Conclusion：Fasting blood-glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,cholesterol,Triglyceride,blood pressure and Microalbuminuria are decreased in both of the 2 groups（P0.01）;and Microalbuminuria decreased more in treatment group than in control group（P0.05）. |
