穴位贴敷疗法与激素吸入疗法治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效对比分析

目的：对比穴位贴敷疗法与激素吸入疗法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法：将93例患者随机分为治疗组（49例）和西药组（44例）。治疗组采用天灸散穴位贴敷治疗,10天贴1次,治疗3个月。西药组采用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂,鼻内吸入,疗程3个月。治疗结束、治疗后3个月观察其疗效。结果：治疗结束时,治疗组显效6例、有效36例、无效7例,西药组分别为21例、19例和4例;治疗后3个月,治疗组显效8例、有效35例、无效6例,西药组分别为10例、19例、15例。治疗结束时,两组疗效经统计学处理差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,激素吸入疗法疗效优于穴位贴敷疗法;治疗后3个月,两组疗效差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）,穴位贴敷疗法疗效优于激素吸入疗法。结论：穴位贴敷疗法对变应性鼻炎近期疗效不及激素吸入疗法,而远期疗效明显优于激素吸入疗法。

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Effect on Treating Allergic Rhinitis with Point Application Therapy and Inhaled Corticosteroid Therapy

Objective：To compare the clinical effect on treating allergic rhinitis with point application therapy and inhaled corticosteroid therapy.Method：93 cases were divided into treatment group（49 cases）and west medicine group（44 cases）randomly.Treatment group was treated by point application therapy with medicinal vesiculation powder everyday for 3 months and west medicine group was treated by inhaling Budesonide Nasal Spray for 3 months.At the end of the course and 3 months after the course,observe the curative effect.Results：At the end of the course,there were 6 cases with marked effect,36 cases with effect and 7 cases without effect in the treatment group and there were 21 cases,19 cases and 4 cases in the west medicine group respectively.3 months after the course,there were 8 cases with marked effect,35 cases with effect and 6 cases without effect in the treatment group and there were 10 cases,19 cases and 15 cases in the west medicine group respectively.At the end of the course,there were significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）and the effect of inhaled corticosteroid therapy was better than point application therapy.3 months after the coursem there were also significant differences between the two groups（P0.01）,but the effect of point application therapy was better than inhaled corticosteroid therapy.Conclusion：The short term effect of point application therapy was worse than inhaled corticosteroid therapy,but the long term effect was better than inhaled corticosteroid therapy.
