摘    要:目的:用高效液相色谱法建立灯盏花乙醇提取物的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用Waters Symmetry ShieldTMR P18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm);甲醇-0.4%磷酸水为流动相,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为335nm。结果:共有22个共有峰。结论:此方法准确、重复性好,为有效地控制灯盏花药材提取物的质量提供了科学的依据。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the HPLC-FPC of Herba Erigerontis extracts.Methods:Based on Waters Symmetry ShieldTMRP18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)column.,methanol-0.4%phosphate acid was used as the mobile phase,and gradient elution program was applied.The detection wavelength was at 335nm.Results:22 peaks were gained on HPLC fingerprint.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as a quality control method for Herba Erigerontis extracts.
