| 摘 要： | 功能性鼻内镜手术（FESS）治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎已成为临床上的主要方法,而术后炎症的消除成为一个难点。纤毛功能的恢复在鼻黏膜炎症的消除方面有着重要的作用,鼻黏膜纤毛传输速率代表着纤毛的功能,中药在促进黏膜炎症的消除及恢复方面占有优势,用客观的数据评价中药的作用是有必要的,文章依据有关文献,对中药在FESS术后预后中的客观评价做一概述。

| Abstract: | Functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）for chronic nasal-sinusitis has become the main method in clinical,and the elimination of inflammation has become a difficulty.Functional recovery of cilia has an important role in the elimination of the nasal inflammation.The transmission rate of nasal cilia represents the cilia function.Traditional Chinese medicine has important advanges in the rehabilitation of the mucosal inflammation.And with the objective data,to evaluate the role of traditional Chinese medicine is necessary.Based on our relevant literature on the prognosis of Chinese medicine in FESS surgery,it is to do an overview of the objective evaluation. |
