应用黄鱼承气汤灌肠配合无创通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察应用黄鱼承气汤灌肠配合无创通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)的疗效。方法:经NIV治疗的62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组32例,两组均给予常规药物治疗及NIV,治疗组在此基础上加用黄鱼承气汤灌肠。结果:治疗组在气管插管率、病死率、通气及氧合指标、NIV并发症发生率方面与对照组存在显著性差异。结论:黄鱼承气汤灌肠配合NIV有助于提高ARF患者的临床疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To observe effects of enema with Huangyu chengqi decoction coordinating with noninvasive ventilation for patients with acute respiratory failure.Methods:This study is a prospective randomized controlled trial.It studied 62 inpatients treating with noninvasive ventilation,these patients were randomly distributed into treatment group(30 cases,treating with enema with Huangyu chengqi decoction,noninvasive ventilation and conventional drug therapy)and control group(32 cases,treating with noninvasive ventilation and conventional drug therapy).Results:There were significant difference in intubation ratio,mortality,indexes of ventilation and oxygenation,incidence of complications between treatment group and control group.Conclusion:The study indicated that enema with Huangyu chengqi decoction coordinating with noninvasive ventilation can improve clinical effection on the patients with acute respiratory failure.
