| 摘 要： | 情志,人的精神、意志及情绪活动的总称。在高速发展的现代社会,情志因素导致的疾病越来越多,同时也是导致亚健康的重要原因。文章在对亚健康概念、亚健康流行病学调查、亚健康主要临床表现进行讨论的同时,探讨了情志因素与亚健康形成的关系以及亚健康常见中医证型的中医治疗。
