抗CCP抗体对类风湿关节炎早期诊断的临床意义

目的：探讨抗环瓜氨酸多肽（CCP）抗体检测对类风湿关节炎（RA）早期诊断的意义。方法：应用ELISA法检测2010年4月—2010年7月辽宁中医药大学附属医院138例门诊及住院患者的抗CCP抗体（包括69例RA患者,69例其它风湿病患者）并分析抗CCP抗体与类风湿因子（RF）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉（ESR）的相关性。结果：抗CCP抗体对RA的敏感性和特异性分别为57.97%和91.30%,抗CCP抗体与RF、CRP、ESR无相关性。结论：抗CCP抗体对RA具有较好的敏感性和较高的特异性,联合抗CCP抗体和RF可以提高诊断的准确性,对RA的早期诊断具有重要意义。

Anti-CCP Antibody in Early Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Significance

Objective：To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of anti-cyclic citrullinated pep tide antibody（anti-CCP）and rheumatoid factor（RF）in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Method：To Apply the ELISA assay in 138 cases of anti-CCP antibody in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital outpatients and inpatients in April 2010-2010 years in July（Include 69 cases of RA patients,69 patients with other rheumatic diseases）,to analyze the anti-CCP antibody and rheumatoid factor（RF）,C-reactive protein（CRP）,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）correlation.Results：Anti-CCP antibody sensitivity and specificity in RA were 50.63% and 91.30%.Anti-CCP antibody and RF,CRP,ESR have no correlation.Conclusion：Anti-CCP antibody in RA has a good sensitivity and high specificity,and Joints anti-CCP antibodies and RF can improve the diagnostic accuracy,also has important meaning on the early diagnosis of RA.
