| 摘 要： | 目的：测定并比较不同采收期山楂叶中总黄酮的含量并确定山楂叶的最佳采收期。方法：采用正交实验法确定提取溶剂及溶剂量,提取时间。采用分光光度法测定山楂叶中总黄酮含量。结果：不同采收期山楂叶中总黄酮的含量在8月份最高。结论：以提取黄酮类化合物为目的的山楂叶的最佳采收期为8月份。

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the content of total flavonoids in leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.and determine the best collecting time.Method：Orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction solvent,volume and time.The contents of total flavonoids were determined using UV-spectrophotometry.Results：The content of total flavonoids in leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.from different collecting time was the highest in August.Conclusion：The optimal collecting time was in August for the extraction of total flavone from leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge. |
