| Abstract: | This article overviews the exhibition of PPH and Milligan-Morgan in recent years, and expounds the clinical research about the influence on the function of the sphincter ani after these two operations, especially the processes to assessment function of the sphincter ani including Anorectal Manometry, ultrasound, MRI, the marking system and questionnaires. |
