| 摘 要： | 目的：观察苡仁双防散治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法：将216例患者随机分为2组。治疗组（苡仁双防散）144例,对照组（别嘌呤醇）72例,观察治疗后临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率96.5%,对照组总有效率84.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论：该药治疗高尿酸血症疗效确切,且无明显副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Yiren Shuangfang capsule in the treatment of hyperuricemia.Methods：216 patients of hyperuricemia were randomly allocated to two groups.In treatment group（n=144）patients were treated with Yiren Shuangfang capsule,and in control group（n=72）patients were treated with Adenock.Changs of clinical symptoms were measured before and after treatment.Results：It is suggested that the treatment group was superior to control group,the total effective rate was higher significantly in treatment group（96.5%）than those in control group（84.7% P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Yiren Shuangfang capsule has a definite therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia.And it has no bad influence on body. |
