| 摘 要： | 目的：比较不同产地及不同采收期山楂叶及山里红叶的IR光谱图,借以研究山楂叶种间及不同产地差异。方法：文章将产于本溪（山里红叶）、辽阳（山里红叶）、沈阳（山楂叶）的从6月到10月间不同采收期的山楂叶及山里红叶进行溴化钾压片,分别测定其红外光谱。结果：山楂叶及山里红叶的成分及含量随着产地及采收期的不同有着差异。结论：不同产地及不同采收期山楂叶及山里红叶IR光谱研究提示种间成分存在着差异,而同种不同产地IR无明显变化。

| Abstract: | Objective：By comparing the IR spectra of the leaves of Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.and C.pinnatifida Bge.var.major from different locations and growth stages,the differences between them were found.Method：The leaves of C.pinnatifida Bge.（from Shenyang）and C.pinnatifida Bge.var.major（from Benxi and Liaoyang）were collected from May to November,and then IR spectra were studied.Results：The differences between the leaves of C.pinnatifida Bge.and C.pinnatifida Bge.var.major were existed from different collecting time based on IR spectra.Conclusion：The result indicated that ingredient between the leaves of C.pinnatifida Bge.and C.pinnatifida Bge.var.major were different by IR analysis,but there was no different within species. |
