| 摘 要： | 文章对近年来国内外腰椎间盘退变动物模型建立的方法及动态进行了综述,主要制备方法包括3类。（1）自发性模型：自然引发腰椎间盘退变和通过特殊方法促使椎间盘出现自发退变;（2）诱导性模型：通过物理、生化的方式改变脊椎生物力学结构或椎间盘及髓核组织化学构成促使椎间盘出现自发退变;（3）模仿性模型：通过手术方法在动物体内直接模仿腰椎间盘退变。结论：目前国内外多数学者选择的造模方法当属针刺法,该法微创、经济、操作简便,见效迅速,并能够模仿盘源性腰痛,与人类腰椎间盘退变有较高的相关性。

| Abstract: | The article has been to sum up the progress on research of establishment of animal model for lumbar intervertebral disc degener-ation.The main 3 preparative methods include：（1）Spontaneous model：the natural lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration and the degeneration which is accelerated by special methods.（2）Model of inducibility：to change the biomechanics construction of vertebrae and histochemistry comstr-uction of nucleus pulposus by methods of biochemical and physics,then induce the degeneration.（3）Model of imitation： to imitate the lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in vivo by methods of operation.Conclusion： most scholars choose needle acupuncture as the main method,because the method is convenient,less-invasive,velocity,cost effective and it cans imtata the low back pain so it has the high dependability with human. |
