心脑血管病对高血压病中医辨证分型的影响

目的：探讨心脑血管疾病在高血压发病前以及在疾病过程中对高血压病中医辨证分型分布的影响,为大规模的前瞻性研究提供依据。方法：采用流行病学研究方法,选取符合标准的367例高血压病患者,收集其一般情况及四诊等信息,填写调查表,最后将所有资料录入数据库。通过统计软件SPSS13.0进行统计分析,得出心脑血管病与高血压病及中医证型构成规律。结果：心脑血管病无论发生在高血压病前或后,都使高血压病患者中医证型分布趋向于瘀血阻络型。结论：心脑血管病对高血压病发病及其中医证型分布皆有影响,能为提出高血压病防治方案提供一定的理论依据。

Influence of Cardio-cerebral Vascular Disease on Chinese Medical Pattern Distribution of Hypertension

Objective：To discuss the influence of Cardio-cerebral vascular disease on Chinese medical pattern distribution before and after the patients suffer from hypertension,and provide reference evidence for the Large-scale perspective study.Methods：Totally 367 patients who were diagnosed hypertension were enrolled in this study.Patients＇ four physical examinations information was filled in the questionnaire on the spot,and analysed by SPSS13.0 software package to approch the regularity of Cardio-cerebral vascular disease,the morbidity of hypertension and Chinese medical pattern distribution of hypertension.Results：No matter the patient suffer from Cardio-cerebral vascular disease before or affer hypertension happened,the Chinese medical pattern distribution of the patients was tend to the syndrome of blood stasis of collaterals.Conclusion：Cardio-cerebral vascular disease has influence not only on the morbidity of hypertension but also on the Chinese medical pattern distribution of the patients with hypertension,which can help to put forward the hypertension prevention schemes.
