生长调节剂对款冬花产量和质量的影响

目的：研究生长调节剂对款冬花的产量与质量的影响。方法：用不同激素处理,研究激素对产量的影响,用SPSS9.0软件处理分析;用HPLC法测定不同激素处理的款冬花的有效成分芦丁的含量。采用HPLC法,色谱柱迪马C18柱,250mm×4.6mm×0.5μm;流动相：甲醇-水（0.025moL·mL-1）：磷酸（40：60）;流速：1mL·min-1;波长：360nm,柱温：25℃。芦丁在0.04008～0.4008μg范围内线性关系良好（R2=0.9999）,平均回收率为99.4%,（RSD=2.14%）。结果：国光比九、矮壮素能显著提高款冬花的粒重（P〈0.05）,矮壮素、云大120、国光比九、植物基因活化剂能显著提高款冬花产量（P〈0.05）,赤霉素能减少款冬花产量。另外,26个激素处理的款冬花样品的芦丁含量无显著性变化。结论：生长调节剂（赤霉素除外）能提高款冬花的产量,对其有效成分的含量的影响无显著差异。
