中西医结合在腹腔镜下胆囊切除术围手术期的临床应用

目的：观察中西医结合治疗方法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期应用的临床效果。方法：55例行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者分为中西医结合治疗组和对照组（西医治疗组）;治疗组术前予大承气汤,术后予复方大柴胡汤,配合抗生素等治疗,对照组仅予与治疗组相同抗生素等的常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后白细胞计数的变化,肠鸣音、肛门排气、排便等胃肠功能恢复的情况及进食时间的变化。结果：治疗组中各项观察结果与对照组比较具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,其中,治疗组白细胞术后下降速度明显加快（P〈0.05）,肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间和肛门排便时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,进食时间明显提前（P〈0.05）。结论：腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的中西医结合治疗,可以促进患者炎症较快减轻,术后机体较快调整,胃肠道功能快速恢复。

Clinical Application of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in the Preoperative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy method of integrated traditional and western medicine in the preoperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy（LC）.Methods：55 patients with LC were assigned to a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group which combined with antibiotics was treated with Dachengqitang before the operation and personal compound recipe of Dachaihutang after the operation.The control group was only treated with the same antibiotics as the treatment group.Then observed the changes of the white blood cell counting before and after operation,recovery time of borborygmus,gas elimination and defecation and eating time.Results：All the indexes in the treatment group as compared with that in the control group showing significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The method of integrated traditional and western medicine in the preoperative period of LC can reduce inflammation,effectively promote the adjustment of postoperative organism and the recovery of gastrointestinal motility.
