血管内皮细胞凋亡研究进展

摘    要:凋亡诱导剂通过Fas/FasL/caspase途径、Cyt C途径、TNF-α途径及PARP途径等诱导血管内皮细胞凋亡。抗凋亡诱导剂通过干扰细胞凋亡的信号通路来抑制凋亡。中药作为广泛使用的抗凋亡药物在临床上已取得显著成效,但其部分具体的分子机制还不清楚。文章对血管内皮细胞凋亡的4条信号通路及凋亡诱导剂和抗凋亡诱导剂的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:Vascular endothelial cells receive multiple information from their environment that eventually leads them to apoptosis.The spotlight is now on four main signal transduction pathways:the Fas/FasL/caspase pathway,the Cyt C pathway,the TNF-α signaling system and the PARP pathway.We aim to review herein the main pathways mentioned above as well as the pro-or anti-apoptosis reagents which regulate the apoptosis or anti-apoptosis through triggering or interference with these signaling mechanisms.Further work is required to better elucidate the detail molecular mechanism of Chinese medicine which is widely used in the anti-apoptosis effect in human vascular endothelial cells.
