| 摘 要： | 目的测定９８例急性脑梗死患者平均血小板体积（ＭＰＶ）和血小板计数，探讨平均血小板体积对脑梗死发生发展的作用。方法按照脑梗死诊断标准精心选择９８例，在脑梗死后４８小时内采血，立即测定平均血小板体积。结果脑梗死组平均血小板体积较对照组显著升高，血小板计数较对照组显著下降。结论平均血小板体积在脑梗死的发生和发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objectve:To determinate MPV and platelet count in 98 patients having acute cerebral infarction and to explore the effect of MPV on the occurrence and development of cerebral in farction.Methods:MPV in the peripheral blood,collected in 48 hours after the infarction occurred in 98 patients who were carefully slected according to diagnosis standard of cerebral infarotion,was determined immediately. Results: In the group of cerebral infarction MPV was significantly higher ( P<0.01) and platelet count was significantly lower( P <0.05).MPV and platelet count were not significantly changed among three subgroups.Conclusion:MPV plays an important role in the origin of acute cerebral infarction and is an independent risk factor. |
