关节镜手术治疗29例症状性膝关节外侧盘状半月板

目的探讨膝关节外侧盘状半月板的关节镜手术治疗效果和早期治疗的必要性。方法对29例31膝外侧盘状半月板患者的临床表现特点进行总结并进行关节镜下治疗。其中27膝行盘状半月板部分切除成形，4例因边缘撕裂行半月板次全切除。结果所有病例术后随访症状均明显改善或消失，无术后并发症。本组Lysholm膝关节功能评分从术前36～78（65．7±8．0）分，提高到随访时87～100（95．6±3．3）分（t=22．32，P〈0．01）。20岁以下组膝关节功能评分明显高于20岁以上组（P〈0．01）。结论关节镜手术治疗膝关节外侧盘状半月板效果良好，并发症少。有症状的膝关节外侧盘状半月板应争取年轻时早期治疗，效果更好。

Arthroscopic treatment of symptomatic discoid lateral meniscus

Objective To observe the effect of arthroscopic meniscectomy for symptomatic discoid lateral meniscus and the importance of early treatment. Methods Arthroscopic meniscectomy was performed on 29 patients (31 knees) with symptomatic discoid lateral meniscus.
