现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶体植入术后低视力原因分析

目的 探讨现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶体植入术后低视力发生的原因及其预防.方法 524例(586眼)现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶体植入术,术后随访6个月,观察矫正视力及眼部情况.结果 56例(59眼)矫正视力低于0.3(10.07%),其中手术并发症24眼(4.10%),术前原有并发症22眼(3.75%),两者并发13眼(2.22%).结论 造成术后低视力发生的原因有手术并发症和术前原有并发症,术中应尽量减少并发症并妥善处理,应重视术前检查,了解原有并发症,并且作相应治疗.

To Analyse the Cause of Low Vision After Extracapsular Cataract Extraction(ECCE) and IOL Implantation

Objective To analyse the cause of low vision after ECCE and IOL Implantation.Methods 524 cases(586 eyes)were operated with ECCE and IOL implantation.To observe the corrected vision after 6 months.Results After operation the corrected vision in 56cases(59 eyes,10.07%)were < 0.3 at the time of 6-month.The complications of ECCE and IOL implantation occurred in 24 eyes(4.10%).The complications before surgery were in 22 eyes(3.75%),both complications were in 13eyes(2.22%).Conclusion The cases of low vision were complications of operation and complications before operation.Besides decreasing complications and treating them carefully,paying more attention to examine the eyes before operation,to know the complications before operation and give them correct treatment.
