| 摘 要： | 根据亲和素与生物素之间有很强亲和力的原理，用链霉亲和素预包被ＥＬＩＳＡ板加生物素化的双链ＤＮＡ（ｄｓＤＮＡ）．使ｄｓＤＮＡ固定到载体上。在此基础上建立了间接法抗－ｄｓＤＮＡ抗体ＥＬＩＳＡ。与放射免疫法对比测定结果，本法的特异性、灵敏度分别为８２．４％、９２．０％，两法符合率８８．１％。本法具有很好的重复性和稳定性，可用于系统性红斑狼疮的临床诊断。

| Abstract: | Based on the high affinity between avidin and biotin ,biotinylated-dsDNA was bound on ELISA plate pre-coated with streptavidin to develop an indirect ELISA for anti-dsDNA antibody. The result of 42 samples obtained by both the present ELISA and RIA (Farr assay,DPC) showed that the relative specificity and sensitivity of ELISA were 82. 40% and 92. 0 ,respectively. This assay is highly reproducible and stable,and useful in the diagnosis of SLE. |
