| 摘 要： | 目的 建立胍西替柳片的含量测定方法。 方法 采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定 ,C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 水 (70 :30 )为流动相 ,流速 1 0ml/min ,检测波长为 2 76nm。 结果 胍西替柳的线性范围 :0 18～ 1 5 9μg(r =0 99996 ) ;平均回收率为 (10 0 1± 1 1) % (n =9)。 结论 本方法简便、准确可靠 ,可为评价胍西替柳片中胍西替柳的含量提供依据

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of Guacetisale tablets.Methods The HPLC column was C 18; the mobile phase was methanol-water (70:30);the flow rate was 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was 276 nm.Results The calibration curve of Guacetisale was linear in the rage of 0.18～1.59μg(r=0.999 96);The average recovery was (100.1±1.1)%(n=9).Conclusion The method is rapid,accurate and reliable. |
