结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺微小癌35例

目的]探讨结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺微小癌的临床特征及诊治方法。方法]回顾性分析1986年1月到2004年10月收治的35例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺微小癌病例。结果]35例是在甲状腺良性病变术中及术后发现。颈淋巴结转移4例,有2例患者表现为多灶性,无一例复发及转移。结论]甲状腺微小癌常因合并甲状腺良性病变而被发现,术前B超检查、术中冰冻有利于提高甲状腺微小癌的诊断,绝大多数预后良好。

An Analysis on 35 Cases with Nodular Goiter Associated with Thyroid Microcarcinoma

Purpose] To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis,and treatment for thyroid microcarcinoma associated with nodular goiter.Methods] A retrospective analysis was carried out for 35 cases with thyroid microcarcinoma associated with nodular goiter treated from Jan.1986 to Oct.2004.Results] Thyroid microcarcinoma in 31 cases was found intra-or post-operation for nodular goiter.There were 4 cases with lymph node metastasis,2 cases with multiple tumors.There was no recurrence or metastasis after operation with a medium follow-up of 6 years and 10 months.Conclusion] Thyroid microcarcinoma is frequently discovered with benign thyroid diseases.B mode sonography preoperation and frozen section examination intraoperation are helpful for diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma.The vast majority of thyroid microcarcinoma have optimistic prognosis.
