第29届奥运会室内环境健康危险识别、评价及管理

为了满足第29届奥运会比赛和住宿的需求,新建了一些宾馆、饭店和体育场馆,对原有的宾馆、饭店和体育场馆也进行了装修改造。由于新型建筑、装饰材料的使用,以及为了节约能源建筑物采取密闭化管理方式均可造成室内空气污染。第29届奥运会期间,来自世界各国的运动员、教练员、媒体记者等将聚集北京,造成各种室内公共场所的人群密集,由于人员的流动性大,易混杂各种污染源,室内环境中的设备及物品重复使用,容易造成疾病特别是传染病的传播。我们针对这一特点探讨了室内环境健康危险因素的识别、危险度评价,在预防第一的原则下,提出了危险度管理措施,最大限度地降低室内环境健康风险。

Study on the health risk identification, assessment and management of indoor environment for the 29th Olympic Games

In order to meet the demand of tournament and residence for the 29~(th) Olympic Games,many new hotels and gymnasiums have been built,a lot of old hotels and gymnasiums have been decorated.The use of building and decorating materials along with the very airtight building measures for energy-saving may produce indoor air pollution.During the 29~(th) Olympic Games,many athletes,coaches and reporters coming together in Beijing will bring a dense crowd.The diseases especially infectious diseases are spread easily through the mobility of people,various contamination being mixed together,as well as indoor environmental facilities and articles being used repeatedly.Aiming at these problems,this paper discusses the health risk identification of indoor environment and risk assessment. The risk management countermeasure is presented based on the principle of prevention first,so that indoor environmental health risk will be reduced by the greatest extent.
