酶联免疫试剂筛查血源前的质量控制

目的 了解酶联免疫(酶免)试剂使用前的质量状况，以选择实验室最佳应用试剂。方法 用质控血清盘(参考品)及定值质控血清对酶免试剂进行质控检测。结果 试剂的灵敏度最低为70．83％、特异性最低为26．67％，与“批批检”标准差异较大。结论 酶免试剂在使用前各种因素对试剂质量的影响不容忽视，用质控血清盘及定值质控血清对酶免试剂进行质控是选择最佳应用试剂的一种良好方法。

Quality control on ELA reagent before using for blood test

Objective]To know the quality of ELA reagent before it is used and select the best reagent for the laboratory.[Methods]Blood serum reference samples and standard blood serum were used to test the quality of the ELA.[Results]The sensitivity of the reagent is at least 70.83%, the peculiarity is at least 2667%. Both showed significant difference form the batch-testing standard.[Conclusion]Various effects on the quality of ELA should not be ignored before it is used. Using blood serum reference samples and standard blood serum is a good approach to select the best reagent.
