臭氧水用于产妇会阴切口消毒的效果观察

目的：探讨臭氧水用于产妇会阴切口消毒预防感染的临床效果。方法：将经阴道分娩行会阴侧切的134例产妇随机分成两组，观察组66例采用臭氧水消毒会阴切口，对照组68例采用活力碘消毒。观察两组会阴切口愈合情况，并取其分泌物作细菌培养。结果；观察组产妇会阴切口甲、乙、丙级愈合率分别为95．5％、3．0％、1．5％，对照组分别为91．2％、7．3％；1．5％，两组比较，差异无显著性意义（P＞0．05）；两组细菌菌落数比较，差异亦无显著性意义（P＞0．05）。结论：臭氧水用于妇产科会阴皮肤消毒预防切口感染与活力碘具有相同效果，且臭氧水能直接喷射切口创面，具有使术野清晰、促进局部血液循环、减少渗血等作用。

Efficacy of Ozonide in Maternal Perineal Incision Disinfection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ozonide for maternal perineal incision disinfection. Methods 134 puerperal women with transvaginal delivery receing lateral perineotomy were randomly divided into two groups: observation group ( n =66) with perineal incision disinfection of ozonide, control group ( n =68) with disinfection of active iodine. The healing of the perineal incision was observed and the bacterial culture for perineal skin secretion carried out. Results The healing rate of grade A, B and C in maternal perineal incision of observation group was 95.5 %, 3.0 % and 1.5 % respectively, while that in the control group was 91.2 %, 7.3 % and 1.5 % respectively ( P >0.05). There was no significant difference in colony counting. Conclusion The efficacy of ozonide for maternal perineal incision disinfection to prevent infection was the same as that of active iodine.
