交泰丸敷脐治疗失眠症临床观察

目的探讨交泰丸敷脐与口服治疗失眠症（心肾不交型）的疗效。方法将152例失眠患者按时间顺序分为两组，治疗组和对照组各76例。治疗组采用交泰丸敷脐治疗，对照组采用口服交泰丸治疗，疗程均为4星期。于治疗前和治疗第1、2、4星期末及停药后第1、2、4星期末采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评定临床疗效。结果经过4星期治疗，两组患者的睡眠质量均得以改善，且无不良反应，停药后睡眠改善持续时间长。结论交泰丸敷脐与口服治疗失眠症疗效肯定，组间差异无显著性（P〉0．05），停药后反跳现象不明显。

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Insomnia by Application of Jiaotai Wan to the Umbilicus

Objective To compare the efficacy of application of Jiaotai Wan to the umbilicus with oral administration of it in treating insomnia (heart-kidney non-interaction type).
