| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨布 加综合征的诊断和治疗方法。方法 将布 加综合征分为 4型 6个亚型 ,针对不同类型采用不同的手术方式。结果 836例病人术后随访 3月至 1 5年 2月 ,总有效率87.7% ,无效率 9.4 % ,死亡率 2 .9%。结论 只要术前准确的诊断及分型、积极的术前准备、术中正确的选择手术方式、术后有效的处理及对并发症积极的预防 ,布 加综合征病人可望有较好的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnoses and treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome.Methods The classifications of Budd Chiari Syndrome were divided into 4 types and 6 sub types.According to the classifications,operations were performed.Results During a follow up of postoperative 3 months to 15 years and 2 months,the total effective rate was 87.7% ,the rate of inefficiency was 9.4% and the mortality rate was 2.9% respectively.Conclusion Exact diagnosis and typing,energetic preparation before operation,accurate choice of procedure during operation,effective management and active prevention from complication after operation can make patients with Budd Chiari syndrome probably having a better prognosis. |
