| 摘 要： | 2型糖尿病主要特征是胰岛素分泌异常和胰岛素抵抗,环境因素和遗传因素交互作用共同促成了糖尿病的发生。研究发现多种基因参与糖尿病的发生,最近发现SHIP2基因与胰岛素抵抗及2型糖尿病相关,该基因可抑制胰岛素分泌、降低机体对胰岛素的敏感性,研究也表明当该基因不起作用时,胰岛素分泌就会失控,可导致严重的低血糖发生,因此,SHIP2基因可成为2型糖尿病的一个重要的治疗靶点。

| Abstract: | Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is characterized by abnormal insulin secretion and insulin resistance.Both genetic and environmental factors as well as their mutual interactions are responsible for the development of T2DM.Researches indicated that several genes take part in the pathogenesis of T2DM.Recently,SHIP 2 gene has been found to be involved in insulin resistance and the development of T2DM.SHIP 2 gene might inhibit insulin secretion and decrease insulin sensitivity.Researchers found that when SHIP 2 gene is not expressed,there is impairment of insulin secretion which may result in severe hypoglycemia.Therefore,the SHIP 2 gene would be a significant therapeutic targert for the treatment of T2DM. |
