| 摘 要： | 目的采用HPLC法测定骨刺宁片中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re含量。方法 Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸溶液(20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml.min-1;检测波长为203 nm。结果人参皂苷Rg1线性范围为0.127～1.524 g.L-1(r=0.999 8,n=6),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为0.75%(n=6),人参皂苷Re线性范围为0.023～0.276g.L-1(r=0.999 7,n=6),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD为0.46%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、简便,可用于该品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining Ginsenoside Rg1 and Re in Gucining tablets. Methods C18 column （250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 Ixm） was adopted and the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile -0.05 mol · L- 1 phosphoric acid （20：80 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · rain-1. Diode array detector was set at 203 rim. Results The linear range of Ginsenoside Rgt was between 0. 127 and 1. 524 g · L-1 （r =0. 999 8,n =6） and the average recovery was 97.8% ,RSD being 0.75% （n =6）. The linear range of Ginsenoside Re was between 0. 023 and 0.276 g · L - 1 （ r = 0. 999 7, n = 6 ） and the average recovery was 99.9%, RSD being 0.46% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple for the quality control of the preparation. |
