快速康复外科护理在食管癌围手术期中的应用

目的探讨食管癌围手术期应用快速康复外科护理的治疗效果。方法选取2008年3月—2009年5月来该院就诊治疗的80例食管癌患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组38例,采用常规外科护理方法;实验组42例,采用快速康复外科护理进行围手术期的处理,比较两组的术后住院时间,手术应激症,并发症及术后生理变化情况。结果实验组患者的应激症较少,手术切口感染等并发症较轻,术后患者出院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论食管癌围手术期应用快速康复外科护理的治疗效果十分显著。

Application of rapid rehabilitation care in periperative period of esophageal cancer surgery

Objective To investigate in the period of rapid rehabilitation treatment esophageal peri-operative surgical care. Methods From March 2008 to May 2009,80 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The control group was 38（cases） were treated with conventional surgical methods of care ,while the experimental group had rapid rehabilitation care and perioperative surgical treatment. Postoperative hospital stay, surgical stress disorder, complications, and postoperative physiological changes were compared. Results Patients in the experimental group had less stress, less surgical complications, whose postoperative discharge time was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Effect of rapid rehabilitation of surgical care in esophageal surgery is remarkable.
