摘    要:目的建立 HPLC法测定熊果酸自微乳制剂的含量.方法采用 AgilentTC C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),乙腈 0.3%磷酸(85∶15)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min-1,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃.结果熊果酸在40~160mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),方法精密度和回收率均符合要求.结论该方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于熊果酸自微乳制剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in the self-microemulsifying drug delivery system. Methods Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 um) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid (85: 15) and flow' rate was 1.0 ml . min-1. The detection wavelength was at 210nm and the temperature at 30℃. Results Ursolic acid presented a good linear correlation in the range of 40 - 160 mg . L- 1 ( r = 0. 999 9). The precision and recovery of method conformed to requirements. Conclusion The method is accurate and reproducible, which can be used for quality control of this preparation.
