摘    要:目的对鬼针草总黄酮提取工艺进行研究,确定生产工艺路线,并进行中试生产初步试验,为工业生产打下基础。方法先以70%乙醇提取,再通过HPD100大孔树脂吸附纯化,最后用乙醇进行纯化;以提取物中总黄酮和金丝桃苷含量为考察指标,考察鬼针草的提取工艺。结果确定鬼针草总黄酮制备工艺路线,制得鬼针草总黄酮(总黄酮含量50%),平均产率为1%。结论该工艺稳定可行,适合于工业化大生产。

Pilot-scale study on extraction technology of total flavonoids of Bidens Bipinnata L.

Abstract:Objective To explore a proper technology in extracting total flavonoids from Bidens Bipinnata L. , ascertain the production process, and make a preliminary study on pilot-scale process. Methods The flavonoids of Bidens Bipinnata L. were extracted with 70% ethanol and purifiied by HPD100 macroporous resin and ethanol with ultrasonic sequentially. Total flavonoids and hyperin were used as the evaluating criwri~,. Results Extracted with 70% ethanol and purified by HPD100 macroporous resin and ethanol with ultrasonic sequen- tially,the total noids of Bidens Bipinnata L. was above 50% and the average yield was 1%. Conclusion The optimized process in , highly efficient and suitable for industrial production.
