十一味活血酊质量标准研究

摘    要:目的建立十一味活血酊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对其中的冰片和延胡索进行了鉴别,并采用气相色谱法对主药樟脑进行了含量测定。结果制定了十一味活血酊中冰片和延胡索的薄层色谱鉴别方法,并用气相色谱法测定了樟脑的含量。结论方法专属性强,重现性好,可有效控制十一味活血酊的质量。

Study on quality control standards of shiyiwei huoxue tincture

Abstract:Objective To set up the Control standards of Shiyiwei Huoxue tincture. Methods Borneol and Corydalis were identified by TLC method, Camphor as the main contents of Shiyiwei Huoxue tincture were determinated by GC method. Results Borneo1 and Coryda- lis in Shiyiwei Huoxue tincture could be detected by TLC, and Camphor could be detected by GC. Conclusion The methods are reliable and acurate,the control standards can be used for quality control of Shiyiwei Huoxue tincture.
