安庆某三甲医院206例正常待产孕妇心理健康水平及影响因素的研究

目的了解正常待产孕妇心理健康水平,并对相关影响因素分析。方法使用自制的《孕妇健康状况调查表》和《症状自评量表(SCL-90)》对206例待产孕妇进行调查,并对相关资料数据进行统计学分析。结果除躯体化、恐怖等两项因子分与全国常模相近(P0.05)外,强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等七项因子分均低于常模,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。孕妇在不同家庭住址、年龄、受教育程度、家庭人均年收入等方面的SCL-90总分、强迫因子分、敌对因子分差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),唯有不同住址孕妇的恐怖因子分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论该组正常待产孕妇的心理健康水平较好。妇产科医护人员应关注孕妇,继续加强孕妇的健康教育,促进其身心健康。

Mental health levels of 206 cases of normal pregnant women and relevant influencing factors in a 3A hospital in Anqing

Objective To examine the mental health levels of normal pregnant women and to analyze relevant influencing factors.Methods Self-designed Pregnant Women Health Condition Questionnaire and The Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） were used to assess the mental health levels of 206 cases of pregnant women,and relevant information and data were collected for statistical analysis.Results The scores of the investigated pregnant women in somatization,terror are close to Chinese norm（P0.05）.The scores are lower than the norm in obsessive-compulsiveness,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,psychoticism,showing statistically significant differences（P0.05）.When the pregnant women＇s home address,age,educational level,household per capita income were involved,their scores in SCL-90,obsessive-compulsiveness,hostility showed no significant statistical difference（P0.05）,but the score in terror was statistically significant,which was related to the women＇s different home locations（P0.05）.Conclusion The 206 normal pregnant women under this investigation are in good mental health condition.In order to promote physical and mental health of pregnant women,the medical workers should care for them and strengthen health education.
