盐酸小檗碱软膏微生物限度检查方法的建立

摘    要:目的建立盐酸小檗碱软膏微生物限度检查法。方法测定盐酸小檗碱软膏对大肠埃希菌等5种试验菌的回收率,对控制菌的检查方法进行验证。结果用薄膜过滤法检查该品的细菌总数、霉菌及酵母菌计数,其试验菌回收率均达到70%以上。同样用薄膜过滤法检查该品的铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,其试验组呈阳性反应,阴性菌对照组呈阴性反应。结论盐酸小檗碱软膏具有较强的抑菌活性,薄膜过滤法能有效的去除其抑菌性。用该法进行微生物限度检查,能达到检测目的。

Abstract:Objective To establish a microbial limits test method of berberine hydrochloride ointment. Methods We detected the recovery rate of 5 stipulated test micro organisms escherichia coli, etc, including treated by ointment of berberine hydrochloride ; and the microbial limit test method for the specified micro-organisms was validated. Results We counted bacteria, mould and the yeast, and found that the rate of every trail bacteria was higher than 70% by membrane filtration method. With the same method, we detected the pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus of the sample. The experimental groups were positive, and on the contrary, control groups were negative. Conclusion Berberine hydrochloride ointment has strong antibacterial activity. Membrane filtration method can effectively remove the antibacterial properties, which is used for microbial limits detection, and can reach the testingpurpose.
