| 摘 要： | 目的了解该院门诊麻醉药品的使用情况,初步评价"癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则"在该院推行情况,为麻醉品的合理应用提供参考。方法对该院2008—2010年门诊麻醉药品的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及药物利用指数(DUI)进行统计分析。结果该院门诊麻醉药品使用量呈逐年上升趋势,其中2010年整体用量增幅较大。结论该院使用的麻醉药品品种相对比较齐全,能给病人提供良好的治疗,对吗啡制剂的使用与WHO倡导的"癌症三阶梯止痛指导原则"相符合。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the use of narcotic drugs in outpatients of a hospital and to evaluate the practice of ＂Principle of Three Grade of Odynolvsis on Cancer＂ proposed by WHO,thus to prevent the ＂abuse of such drugs in Chizhou People＇ s Hospital. Methods We collected the data of narcotic drugs from outpatients in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 and the statistical analysis was made on the dos- age,price, DDDs and DUI of those drugs. Results Tile consumption of narcotic drugs in the hospital was increased yearly. During three years,the greatest amplitude of drug consumption was found in 2010. Conclusion Such hospital has a good assortment of narcotics which can meet the therapeutical requirement. The use of morphine preparations is in accordance with relevant principles of WHO. |
