| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声造影参数在预测重度食管静脉曲张中应用价值。方法回顾性分析了54例肝硬化门静脉高压行断流手术患者超声及超声造影参数与胃镜检查资料。应用ROC曲线下面积的值评价超声参数预测重度食管静脉曲张的价值。结果HV-HA,PV-HA,PVD,HAPI及HARI在重度EV组和非重度EV组间差异有显著性意义。HV-HA、HAPI、PV-HA的AUC值分别为0.822,0.763和0.704,以HV-HA≤8.4 s预测重度EV,其敏感性为73.7%,特异性为75.0%。结论超声造影在无创预测重度EV中有重要的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the prediction of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in severe esophageal varices(SEV) in portal hypertension patients.Methods In a retrospective study,54 diagnosed patients with portal hypertension were included.The parameters of ultrasound and gastroscopy were recorded.The accuracy of the sonographic parameters in predicting the presence of SEV was evaluated by the area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves(AUC).Results The AUC values for HV-HA,HAPI and PV-HA were 0.822,0.763 and 0.704.When HV-HA was lower than 8.4 s,the sensitivity was 73.7% and the specificity was 75.0% in predicting SEV.Conclusion CEUS as an noninvasive tool could be used to predict the presence of SEV. |
