| 摘 要： | 微创外科以其术后疼痛轻、恢复快、对机体免疫功能影响小及并发症低等优势至今已经历近20年的高速发展并拓展到外科各个专业领域,普外科中应用于早期胃癌的有效性及安全性已被广泛接受,近年来腹腔镜用于进展期胃癌成为研究的热点.该文旨在综述腹腔镜在进展期胃癌中的应用.

| Abstract: | Minimally invasive surgery has experienced nearly 20 years of rapid development and expanded to various professional fields of surgery due to its advantages of less postoperative pain,quicker recovery,less influence on immunity system and lower complications.Its application for early gastric cancer in general surgery has been proven effective and safe.Recently,study of laparocsopic technique used for advanced gastric cancer has become popular.This article aims to review study progress on laparocsopic technique used for advanced gastric cancer. |
