| 摘 要： | 目的分析多种消毒剂不同使用量在洁净区消毒使用过程中的消毒效果情况。方法通过验证的方法来判断消毒剂是否适用于洁净区的消毒用途。判断不同剂量的消毒剂的消毒时效。结果所选消毒剂符合洁净区消毒要求。验证数据可作为制定标准操作规程的依据。结论验证中选用的消毒剂适合该公司洁净区的消毒使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To validate the sterilization effects of several kinds of disinfectants using different doses. Methods Validation method was used to determine the applicability of disinfectant to disinfect clean area. The disinfection time of every disinfectant with different doses was determined. Results Disinfectants selected met the disinfection requirements of clean area. Validation data could be used as the basis for development of standard operating procedures. Conclusion Disinfectants used in the validation are suitable for our company. |
