输液区护理安全管理评价

目的:探讨输液区护理安全管理在防范护理风险中的效果。方法:成立输液区护理行为安全管理小组,小组成员分别针对输液区人员、技术、管理、物质、患者及环境因素等6要素进行风险评估,汇总出6大因素中的主要存在问题与风险,并对其进行干预,设立输液区护理安全路径,观察分析其应用效果。结果:应用输液区护理安全路径2年来,护理风险事件、护理纠纷明显降低,患者满意度显著提高。结论:在输液区护理行为中实施护理安全路径,体现了尊重医、护双方的“人性化管理”,并将高风险因素降至最低限度。

The application and evaluation of nursing safety pathway in transfusion area

Objective: To explore the effects of nursing safety pathway on preven-tion of potential nursing risks in transfusion area. Methods: A nursing safety manage-ment group was established to assess the potential risks in six factors (personnel, skill &techniques, management, substances, patients and environmental factors). The maindangerous factors were found out and intervened. A nursing safety pathway in transfu-sion area was set up and the effects of it were observed and analyzed. Results: After thenursing safety pathway had been put into practice in transfusion area for 2 years, thenursing risks and disputes between nurses and patients decreased significantly, andthe patient satisfactory was improved evidently. Conclusion: The application of nurs-ing safety pathway in transfusion area is a humanity administration which both doctorsand nurses are esteemed. It could decrease the high dangerous nursing factors to theminimum.
