| 摘 要： | 目的比较研究超声造影和增强CT在肝脏小占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法对96例肝肝脏小占位病变的115个病灶进行超声造影和增强CT检查,对不同性质病变的造影特点进行分析总结。结果肝细胞癌23例（28个病灶）,肝转移癌26例（32个病灶）,肝血管瘤14例（16个病灶）,肝局灶性结节性增生8例（8个病灶）,肝硬化结节10例（15个病灶）,局灶性脂肪分布不均9例（10个病灶）,肝腺瘤2例（2个病灶）,肝炎性假瘤4例（4个病灶）。超声造影诊断准确性89.6%,增强CT准确性87.5%,两者比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论超声造影与增强CT相比,有着很好的诊断一致性。超声造影简便易行,可作为诊断肝小占位病变首选的影像技术。
