成人真两性畸形1例报告并文献复习

目的：提高对真两性畸形的诊疗经验。方法：对深圳市坪山人民医院收治的1例真两性畸形患者临床资料结合文献复习回顾性分析。结果：本患者社会性别女性,女性第二性征明显,手术探查并切除体内睾丸组织,恢复良好。随访1a,性激素水平正常。结论：真两性畸形确诊依靠影像学、细胞遗传学、性腺组织病理学等检查,治疗原则为切除与决定性别相抵触的性腺,并行相应外生殖器矫形术,以恢复性功能为目的。
