胰管的应用解剖学及其临床意义

目的 :为胰腺疾病的诊治提供解剖学资料。方法 :解剖观测 60例胰腺标本。结果 :胰管至少有 6种类型。主胰管与胆总管汇合在十二指肠壁外者占 82 .7% ,在壁内者占1 7.3% ,汇合角度绝大部分为锐角 ( 4 5°左右 ) ,主胰管开口内经为 0 .2～ 0 .4cm平均为 0 .3cm。胰、胆管共同通道的长度约 0 .5 cm,其开口多位于十二指肠降部中、下 1 /3交界处后内侧壁大乳头处。结论 :了解胰管的变异类型在临床上有重要的实用意义。

Applied anatomy of Pancreatic duct for and its clinical significance

Objective:To provide anatomical data for diagnosis and treatmant of pancreatic diseases. Methods:60 samples of pancreas were observed anatomically. Results:The joning points of common pancreatic duct and common bile duct are on outside the wall of duodemum (82.8%). The inner diameters of common pancreatic ducts range from 0.2cm to 0.4cm with an average of 0.3cm. The lenghth of the common path for pancreatic duct and bile duct is about 0.5cm. The opening of the common path is located in large papilla of posterio lateral inner wall middle lower function of descending part of duoenum.Conclusion:Types of variations of pancreatic duct have great significance clinically.
