CA19-9、CEA联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值

目的：通过对外周血中CA19-9、CEA的联合检测，探讨其对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值及临床意义。方法：采用微粒子酶免疫法对108例消化道恶性肿瘤患者进行CA19-9、CEA测定。结果：肿瘤组CA19-9水平明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.05)，阳性率分别为：结/直肠癌组33.3%，胃/贲门癌组35.4%。肿瘤组CEA水平亦明显高于正常对照组（P＜0.001)，阳性率分别为：结/直肠癌组56.6%，胃/贲门癌组43.7%。结论：CA19-9和CEA联合检测可提高消化道恶性肿瘤诊断的特异性，对临床监测肿瘤的转移与复发以及疗效观察具有指导意义。

Significance of CA19-9 and CEA in serum of patients with gastro-intestinal cancer

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value and the clinical significance for measuring the serum levels of CA19 9 and CEA in gastro intestinal cancer.Methods The serum level of CA19 9 and CEA were detected in 108 case with gastro intestinal cancer by microparticle enzyme immunoassay.Results In cancer patients, the CA19 9 level were markedly elevated( P < 0.05 ). The positive rate was 33.3% in colorectal cancer and 35.4% in ventriculi and cardiac cancer.The CEA level were also significantly elevated( P < 0.01 ).The positive rate was 56.6% in colorectal cancer and 43.7% in ventriculi and cardiac cancer.Conclusion The combining examination of CA19 9 and CEA can elevate the specificity of diagnosis of gastro-intestinal cancer, and it has important value for both detecting the recrudesce of cancer and evaluating the treatment effect.
