死亡海豚中分离到类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌

目的分离鉴定致海豚死亡的致病菌。方法用常规的检验方法对送检标本进行分离培养及鉴定,包括形态学、培养特性、生化特征和血清学试验的研究。结果海豚各种组织所分离的细菌其形态学、培养特性、生化特征和血清学试验均符合类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌,药敏试验对亚胺培南、头孢他啶、复方新诺明、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦均为敏感。结论海南海洋馆海豚的死亡为类鼻疽伯克霍尔德氏菌感染所致。

Sparation of Burkholderia pseudomallei from dead dolphin

Objective To isolate and identify the pathogen leading to the death of dolphin.Methods The samples collected were isolated,cultured and identified with conventional laboratory methods.The morphological,cultural,biochemical characters of the pathogen and the results of serological tests were analyzed.Results The morphological,biochemical,cultural and seriologcal characters of the pathogens isolated from dead dolphin met that of Burkholderia pseudomallei.Results of drug sensitivity tests showed that the Burkholderia pseudomallei was sensitive to imipenem,ceftazidine,compound sulfamethoxazole,piperacillin/tazobactam.Conclusion The death cause of dolphin in quatarium is due to Burkholderia pseudomalleiinfection.
